Sitabani Safari Zone Booking

​Sitabani Safari Zone, located in the southern buffer area of Jim Corbett National Park, offers a unique wildlife experience amidst dense forests and rich biodiversity. Accessible via the Bhandarpani and Powalgarh gates, this zone is renowned for its sightings of tigers, elephants, leopards, and a variety of bird species. The terrain comprises a mix of deciduous forests and open grasslands, providing excellent visibility for wildlife sightings.​

The safari season in Sitabani Zone runs from October 15 to June 30, with operations suspended during the monsoon months. Safaris are conducted in two shifts daily: morning (6:00 AM to 9:30 AM) and evening (2:00 PM to 6:00 PM). Each safari lasts approximately three hours, allowing ample time for exploration and wildlife observation.​

To ensure a seamless experience, advance booking is recommended, as only a limited number of vehicles are permitted per shift. Bookings can be made through authorized online portals or directly at the Corbett National Park office in Ramnagar. The package includes the entry permit, 4x4 jeep, driver, and guide fees. For Indian nationals, the cost is approximately ₹7,200 per jeep, while foreign nationals may incur higher charges. It's advisable to carry valid identification documents, such as a government-issued ID for Indian nationals or a passport for foreign visitors.
