Refund & Cancellation Policy
At JIM CORBETT PARK SAFARI, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all safari and travel services at Jim Corbett National Park. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable based on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled visit date:

30 days or more before arrival: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged
15 to 29 days before arrival: 60% of the total booking cost will be charged
7 to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking cost will be charged
2 to 6 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking cost will be charged
Within 48 hours of arrival or No Show: No refund will be provided

2. Non-Refundable Services
Jeep Safari bookings are non-refundable
Canter Safari bookings are non-refundable
These services are governed by forest department rules and once booked, cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Peak Season Policy
During peak seasons, weekends, and special occasions such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, separate cancellation policies may apply due to high demand.
Customers will be informed of any special conditions at the time of booking
Standard cancellation terms may not be applicable during these periods

4. Refund Process
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment
Transaction charges or payment gateway fees (if any) may be deducted

5. Liabilities & Limitations
All safari and travel services are subject to rules and regulations of the Government of India and Uttarakhand Forest Department
In case of any increase in:

Government taxes
Fuel charges
Guide charges

the additional cost will be borne by the customer and must be paid accordingly

JIM CORBETT PARK SAFARI acts as a facilitator for safari bookings and is not responsible for:

Natural disturbances
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Unexpected park closures
